This multi tool program, 16 feet (4.8m) long, takes advantage of NVD shells for difficult geometry and solid construction.

Each insert set is comprised of multiple pieces, precision machined and fitted together. Mold sets are interchangeable between various presses.
Complex undercuts and geometry is handled by Weber’s 5-axis machining team.”
Invar remains a standard tooling material for processing parts with low CTE materials. Ideal for parts that are trapped or difficult to demold, these tools are normally formed from several pieces welded together or cast to near-net shape.
