Learning and growing since 1962
Weber was founded in 1962 as a tool shop, and we got very good at making tools. But our restless, entrepreneurial mindset kept pushing us further. Over six decades, that same drive to solve harder problems led us from complex tooling into advanced materials science, and from there into entirely new markets.
Today, Weber is three businesses in one: a world-class tooling manufacturer, a producer of advanced nickel-coated powders, and the maker of MASTERGRAIN residential doors. Each grew from the same foundation that makes us who we are. Our deep engineering expertise, our uncompromising standard of quality, and the conviction we hold that if you understand a technology well enough, you can keep finding new things to do with it.

Tooling
World-Class Tooling for High-Stakes Manufacturing
For more than 60 years, Weber has designed and manufactured complex tooling for industries where precision, durability, and repeatability are non-negotiable. Our capabilities span nickel shell (NVD), RTM, compression, slush, spray molds, IMG tooling, and out-of-autoclave — all engineered in-house from design through tryout.
Advanced Powders
Vapor Nickel-Coated Graphite
Using our proprietary NVD vapometallurgy platform, we coat graphite powder in nickel at the molecular level. The result is an advanced engineered powder supplied to industrial customers worldwide — born from the same science that drives our industryleading tooling.
Residential Doors
MASTERGRAIN – Premium Fiberglass Doors
Our NVD technology produces woodgrain surface textures so accurate they unlocked a new market. MASTERGRAIN fiberglass doors deliver the beauty of real wood with superior strength and durability — a Weber-owned brand sold across North America.
