Complex tooling solutions engineered for maximum performance
WHAT WE DO
Three businesses. One Foundation.
Weber was founded in 1962 as a tool shop, and we got very good at making tools. But our restless, entrepreneurial mindset kept pushing us further. Over six decades, that same drive to solve harder problems led us from complex tooling into advanced materials science, and from there into entirely new markets.
Today, we’re a Canadian-based company delivering tooling & product solutions engineered to perform in high-consequence environments.
Tooling
World-Class Tooling for High-Stakes Manufacturing
For more than 60 years, Weber has designed and manufactured complex tooling for industries where precision, durability, and repeatability are non-negotiable. Our capabilities span nickel shell (NVD), RTM, compression, slush, spray molds, IMG tooling, and out-of-autoclave — all engineered in-house from design through tryout.
Advanced Powders
Vapor Nickel-Coated Graphite
Using our proprietary NVD vapometallurgy platform, we coat graphite powder in nickel at the molecular level. The result is an advanced engineered powder supplied to industrial customers worldwide — born from the same science that drives our industryleading tooling.
Residential Doors
MASTERGRAIN – Premium Fiberglass Doors
Our NVD technology produces woodgrain surface textures so accurate they unlocked a new market. MASTERGRAIN fiberglass doors deliver the beauty of real wood with superior strength and durability — a Weber-owned brand sold across North America.
LEADING TECHNOLOGY
Home to one of the World’s Largest Nickel Vapor Deposition Facility
Global Leaders in Nickel Vapor Deposition
Weber operates one of the world’s most advanced and highest-capacity NVD facility—producing over 400,000 lbs. of ultra-pure nickel annually. From nickel shell tooling to vapor-coated powders, our technology delivers performance traditional methods can’t match.

WORLD CLASS TOOLING
Surfaces that Set the Standard
Detail, Durability, and Dimensional Precision
Weber’s surface quality is controlled at the microstructure level to ensure every contour, edge, and geometry is captured with clarity. This molecular-level precision protects dimensional accuracy, slows wear, and preserves finish quality across extended production runs. The result is tooling that holds its standard long after conventional surfaces begin to degrade.
THE TOOLS BEHIND THE BRANDS
Trusted by the top OEMs behind the world’s most demanding brands
Weber’s customers include global leaders across automotive, aerospace, home products, and consumer goods. Our tools are trusted to perform under pressure, at scale, and with uncompromising precision.

Trusted. Tested. Proven.
