Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. has produced a wide variety of tooling solutions for automotive exteriors over the past 50 years. With our NVD process we can offer everything from NVD Nickel Shell Out of Auto Clave tooling to traditional high compression steel SMC tools. Weber provides innovative solutions for complex parts that may require intricate mold functions to create and release difficult part geometry.

We can offer tryout services in house and small production runs to prove out the tool and molding process without disrupting our customers production. At our presses we can offer steam, hot water and oil as heating solutions and also provide vacuum for Class A parts. The presses are fully programmable allowing us to sequence mold functions for precise control over the molding/de-molding process.
