VNCG050 is the fine-particle variant of Weber’s Vapour Nickel-Coated Graphite. It is purpose-engineered for form-in-place (FIP) dispensed gaskets, thin-film conductive mediums, and any specialized application where reduced particle size is mandatory without sacrificing volume resistivity or batch-to-batch repeatability.
VNCG080 is the mid-range-particle variant of Weber’s Vapour Nickel-Coated Graphite, engineered within the same 60% nickel weight class as our finer grade. Its larger particle size distribution (PSD) is optimized for formulations requiring higher filler loading, enhanced mechanical reinforcement, or specific rheological flow characteristics.
VNCG085 is the coarse-particle variant of Weber’s Vapour Nickel-Coated Graphite, engineered within the same 60% nickel weight class as our finer grade.
