About Weber’s Vapour Nickel Coated Graphite Powders
VNCG080 is a mid-grade nickel coated graphite powder engineered for conductive and EMI shielding applications. It combines a graphite core with a high-purity nickel coating applied using Weber’s proprietary Nickel Vapor Deposition process.

Volume resistivity measured in silicone rubber at 2:1 filler-to-rubber by weight. Particle size distribution measured on a Mastersizer 3000. A Certificate of Analysis with PSD, apparent density and nickel content is supplied with every batch.
