About Weber’s Vapour Nickel Coated Graphite Powders

VNCG085 is a coarse-grade nickel coated graphite powder engineered for conductive and EMI shielding applications. It combines a graphite core with a high-purity nickel coating applied using Weber’s proprietary Nickel Vapor Deposition process.

Its coarser particle profile makes VNCG085 well suited for formulations where larger particle size, conductive performance and consistent dispersion are important. Typical applications include conductive adhesives, epoxies, elastomers, sealants and form-in-place EMI gaskets.

Weber’s vapor-phase coating process produces a uniform nickel layer designed to support consistent electrical performance and reliable batch-to-batch repeatability.

Typical Applications

  • Conductive plastics, fluorosilicones, and elastomers
  • Sheet-extruded and molded EMI gaskets
  • High-loading conductive masterbatches
  • Reinforced conductive composites
  • Broadband EMI / RFI shielding compounds
