About Weber’s Vapour Nickel Coated Graphite Powders

VNCG050 is a fine-grade nickel coated graphite powder engineered for conductive and EMI shielding applications. It combines a graphite core with a high-purity nickel coating applied using Weber’s proprietary Nickel Vapor Deposition process.

This vapor-phase coating creates a uniform, consistent conductive surface designed for reliable electrical performance, batch-to-batch repeatability and use in applications such as conductive adhesives, epoxies, elastomers, sealants and form-in-place EMI gaskets.

Typical Applications

  • Conductive adhesives and epoxies
  • Electrical transfer tapes and films
  • Precision conductive elastomers & sealants
  • Automated Form-in-Place (FIP) dispensed gaskets

Quality & Capabilities

  • C of A with PSD, apparent density & nickel content every batch
  • Mastersizer 3000 sizing; RoTap screen analysis available
  • On-site tap density & volume resistivity testing
  • Custom R&D coating, incl. alternative & non-spherical substrates
  • Coats spherical and non-spherical substrates
  • MOQ 55 lb / 25 kg pails; 18 pails per pallet

Typical Analysis

Product Nickel (wt%) D10 (µm) D50 (µm) D90 (µm) Tap (g/cc) Apparent (g/cc) Vol. Res. (mΩ-cm)
