VNCG080 Mid Range Grade Vapour Nickel Coated Graphite
$5.00
VNCG080 is the mid-range-particle variant of Weber’s Vapour Nickel-Coated Graphite, engineered within the same 60% nickel weight class as our finer grade. Its larger particle size distribution (PSD) is optimized for formulations requiring higher filler loading, enhanced mechanical reinforcement, or specific rheological flow characteristics.

About Weber’s Vapour Nickel Coated Graphite Powders
Weber’s VNCG is a high-performance conductive filler built for demanding electronics and shielding applications. Every grain of graphite is encapsulated with 99.9% pure nickel, deposited atom by atom through a true vapor-phase process. The result is a uniform, high-purity coating that maximizes electrical conductivity and delivers the kind of consistency that plated or chemically coated fillers can’t match.
That consistency comes from the process itself. For over 30 years, Weber has advanced the science of vapometallurgy, and NVD is where that experience shows. Because the nickel is vapor-deposited rather than plated or chemically bonded, each batch comes out reliable and repeatable, so you get the same performance run after run.
VNCG is developed and manufactured exclusively by Weber. If you need dependable conductivity with a coating structure conventional methods simply can’t produce, this is it.
